• Facilitating initial contact between users and participating legal professionals

Consumer Rights Network is a paid attorney and advocate advertisement platform. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal services directly. We are not an attorney referral service or a prepaid legal services plan. Any attorney or advocate you are connected with through our platform is independent of Consumer Rights Network.

We use an automated matching system to connect each request with a member attorney or advocate representing the specific geographic area of the user.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site and submit a claim inquiry, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States or a U.S. territory
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting any form or inquiry

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are submitting information on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that the individual meets the eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or our services to any person at our sole discretion, including if we believe that person has violated these Terms or may pose a risk to us or other users.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access or collect data from the Site
• Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy any materials on the Site
• Use any materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Any unauthorized use of the materials on the Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in legal liability. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions.

The Consumer Rights Network name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Consumer Rights Network or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Consumer Rights Network.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any services, information, or other material obtained through the Site will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Site will be corrected

No information obtained by you from Consumer Rights Network or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We make no warranty regarding the qualifications, expertise, credentials, or quality of any participating attorney or advocate. We do not represent that services provided by participating attorneys or advocates are superior to those provided by other legal professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Consumer Rights Network and you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Consumer Rights Network, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site, including but not limited to your user submissions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party
• Any information or content you submit through the Site that is false, inaccurate, or misleading

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

11. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting your information through any form on this Site, you provide your electronic signature and expressly consent to receive communications from Consumer Rights Network and its partners. Specifically:

By submitting your information you provide your electronic signature and consent to be called and/or texted by Consumer Rights Network and partners in our legal network regarding your potential claim via automated technology and/or prerecorded voice at the number you provided. This consent overrides your listing on a state, national, or company do-not-call list. Your consent is not required to obtain legal services. And I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You understand that you may receive calls or text messages even if you are registered on a do-not-call list. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you receive. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.

These communications may be made by or on behalf of Consumer Rights Network even if your phone number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call registry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@consumerrightsnetwork.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any communications made before withdrawal.

12. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Consumer Rights Network is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Consumer Rights Network by your use of the Site, your submission of any information through the Site, or any communication you receive from Consumer Rights Network.

An attorney-client relationship may only be formed between you and a licensed attorney after you have both expressly agreed to establish such a relationship, typically through a written retainer agreement. The mere fact that we connect you with a participating attorney or advocate does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Any information you submit to this website may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege until and unless a formal attorney-client relationship is established with a licensed attorney.

Consumer Rights Network does not make any representation about the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of participating attorneys or advocates. We do not represent that quality of services provided by participating attorneys or advocates is better than services performed by other attorneys or advocates.

13. No Legal Advice

All content on the Site, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, FAQs, and other informational materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. Such content does not constitute legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

The information on the Site may not reflect the most current legal developments, may vary by jurisdiction, and may not apply to your specific situation. You should consult with a qualified, licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for advice regarding your particular circumstances.

You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing all use of the Site and notifying us that you wish to discontinue receiving communications from us by contacting info@consumerrightsnetwork.com.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, before a single arbitrator, administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm pending final resolution of the dispute through arbitration.

17. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CONSUMER RIGHTS NETWORK AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both you and Consumer Rights Network agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration provision shall be null and void.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of these Terms in any jurisdiction.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Consumer Rights Network on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Consumer Rights Network concerning your use of the Site.

These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site. No waiver by Consumer Rights Network of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

Any failure by Consumer Rights Network to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No amendment to or modification of these Terms shall be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Consumer Rights Network.
